Connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center 24/7 either through an analog phone line or through a pc’s internet connection to download postage directly to your meter. No need to leave your office.

Does postage cost the same as at the Post Office?

Postage costs the same or less than at the Post Office. Customers qualifying for Commercial Based Pricing get a discounted rate of up to 4.7% on average over retail pricing on Priority Mail and 5% on average over retail pricing for Express Mail.

If I choose to download postage online, what are the requirements?

Your computer must be running one of the following Operating Systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 with the latest service packs, 1.2 GHz processor, 512Mb RAM and an Internet Connection.

How do I know if my computer meets the minimum requirements?

Go to your desktop and right click on My Computer, select properties to get to the General Tab to view your system details. If your computer does not meet these requirements, you can still download your postage through an analog phone line.

Can I buy the DM200® Digital Mailing System instead of renting?

No. Only authorized postage meter manufacturers and the U.S. Postal Service may hold title to meters.
