How do I add postage to the mailstation 2™ system?
Connect to the Pitney Bowes data center anytime, 24/7, to download postage directly to your meter online or through an analog phone line. No need to leave your office.
If I choose to download postage online, what are the requirements?
Your computer must meet the following minimum requirements: Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista (32-bit only) operating systems with the latest service packs, 1.2 GHz processor, 512Mb RAM and an Internet Connection. PLEASE NOTE: MAC and Vista 64 Bit Windows OS is NOT supported. Note: Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 will be automatically installed, if not already present on your system. This is a one-time installation.
How do I know if my computer meets the minimum requirements?
It is very easy to determine if your computer meets these requirements. Go to your desktop and right click on My Computer. Look in the General Tab to find the needed information as mentioned above. If your computer does not meet these requirements, you can still download your postage through an analog phone line.
Can I buy the mailstation 2™ instead of renting?
No. Only authorized postage meter manufacturers and the U.S. Postal Service may hold title to meters.
Can I return the mailstation 2™?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied during the free trial period, return the meter - with no further obligation. If you return the meter prior to the completion of your rental term, you will be responsible for early termination fees.

After the 60-day trial, rent the meter for $19.99 a month for one year, plus the cost of postage, refills and supplies you use. An initial $30 postage deposit is required. If you are not completely satisfied, return the meter and scale during the trial period with no further obligation. Any unused postage will be returned by the USPS. Cannot be combined with any other offer. The meter and or scale will be used for business or commercial purposes only, and this is not a consumer transaction. Additional terms and conditions apply to your rental in accordance with the applicable Pitney Bowes rental agreement that will accompany your order.
