Can I get parcel insurance with ShipStream™ Manager?

Yes! Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance is available through ShipStream™ Manager right as you print postage.

What are the insurance rates for Fireman's Fund® Insurance?

Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance is available at a $0.25 discount off of insurance rates available through USPS.

How do I purchase insurance?

You may purchase insurance as part of your postage transaction. Just select "Fireman's Fund" from the "Insurance" drop-down on either the label "Print" dialog box or on the "Rate" tab in the "Postage Options" dialog box.

Do I need to go to the Post Office to drop off an insured package?

No - you can hand the parcel to your postal carrier or leave it in any mailbox. If you need to file a claim, you can print a claim form right from your ShipStream™ Manager account web page.
