| On November 23, 2008, the United States Postal Service's new Move Update Standard goes into effect in an effort to reduce undeliverable as addressed (UAA) mail. Under the new rules, all mailers must demonstrate that they have updated their mailing list within 95 days (formerly 185 days) before the mailing date for all Standard Mail®, automation-rate and presort-rate First-Class Mail®. |
